Collaborating with QUADRANTE since 2012, José Rolo Duarte works as Project Director in the Transports Business Unit. His experience includes motorways, railways (regular and high-speed structures), bridges, viaducts and special structures. He also has commercial responsibilities in the South American Transport market. He has been in the São Paulo office in Brazil for 3 years (2013-2016) working as a Country Manager in the last year of his stay.
