As part of the redevelopment project of the Hotel Olympia, the client supported the design team with BIM-based coordination. Completely renovating a prestigious complex in Liguria from an architectural, structural, plant and energy perspective, also from an advanced facility management perspective, was a challenge that required the use of information models.
